Homeowners may post their single item ads for FREE! All Homeowner Ads will automatically expire after 30 days and must be resubmitted if the item is not sold in that period of time. Each Homeowner may place up to 6 Classified Ads at any given time. All ads are moderated and may take up to 48 hours to be approved and appear in the Classifieds. Please read the Classifed Rules before making a post. Posting ads for anyone other then yourself is not permitted.
