Classified Rules - Please Read!
Homeowners at Bentwater are permitted to submit up to 6 Classified Ads for items that they would like to sell without charge.
Homeowners are not permitted to post ads for anyone other than themselves. You must have a membership and post your ad in your name. The posting ads for others that are not Bentwater Homeowners is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. This is a community classifieds section for Bentwater Homeowners ONLY.
"Spamming" the Classifieds Area with the same advertisement into multiple topics is not permitted. Ads are to be placed in the Classifieds once, under the appropriate category.
Businesses that would like to place an ad must do so in the Local Businesses Area of the website (not the Classifieds) and are required to pay a nominal fee for the advertising.
Homeowners listings will automatically expire after 30 days and must be re-posted if the item has not sold. The classifieds are configured in this way in order to insure that the classifieds stay clean and that the website database does not get overwhelmed with classifieds that are not available for sale / have already been sold.
You may choose to Feature and or Highlight your Classified Ad here on the website. Featuring your ad will allow it to be seen from the top scrolling area on the Classifieds page and provide a one click link to your item. Highlighting your ad will give the ad a highlighted color and insure that it is seen at the top of the category that it is placed into. You may also include more than just a single free picture of the item. COSTS: Featured Ads = $2; Highlighted Ads = $2; Additional Images = $2 each. Note: All ads can be posted with a single picture for FREE.
Violating Classified Rules will result in the suspending of your ability to place ads into the classifieds here on this website.
